I have an HP OMEN 15 laptop that does not want to boot from hibernation. Most likely the iGPU isn't even enabled, the installation process for most dGPUs disable it on the BIOS by default.

You can get them very close in my experience with some settings in about:config. Rendering mode 5 is close to chromiums but you need to adjust the gamma and contrast to reduce it's slight default blurriness. You also wanna disable the gdi classic rendering.
