There's basically only Foundryside by Robert J Bennett and the Hrimland Saga by Alexander Dan Vilhjálmsson that are matches.

Foundryside is a steampunk with /u/ love elements and guilds and horror elements with a setting that evolves into a functioning hivemind society and post apoc cities.

Hrimland Saga is icelandic urban fantasy with steampunk elements and eldritch horror elements. There's scifi horror elements in book 2. Book 1's protags are a rebel who works with magic graffiti and a sorcerer who contracts a faustian bargain. Book 2's MC's are a crown sorcerer who is basically cut from exactly the same character archetype as Viktor with fucked up healing powers who wants to do good and a woman who is being lured into the Church of the Deep.

There's also Perdido Street station which some people love because the setting is like Arcane but I don't like it at all because of the weirdly modern writing style.
