Another consideration I have is transferring data over from my old phone. The screen is fucked and the frame is heavily warped in one place, but the phone still vibrates when I get notifications or calls (and I can still charge it), which would lead me to believe that the important internals are still mostly functional. Apparently the Poco does have some bloatware, but it can probably be removed with ADB.
