The a158 and a168 bracelets are actually excellent for what they are. Any quality improvement you could possibly make to them would bring tradeoffs that arguably make them worse. You'd just make them heavier, thicker, and more expensive with little benefit to comfort or how it feels to wear the watch.

Part of what's cool about the watch is how dainty and easy to wear and cheap it is for a watch that does so much.

A new Tudor will be fine, but the bezel action will have a little bit of play. Maybe it will be just slightly misaligned. The bracelet will have a little rattle. There will be a little more gap between the endlinks and the case, maybe a little play between them.
You look at the case finishing, the the Rolex's brushing will feel like silk, the Tudor's will feel slightly grittier. The Rolex polishing will be a mirror, the Tudor's polishing will have a little bit of distortion.

It's obvious that one watch was manufactured with much tighter (read: costlier to machine) tolerances than the other.

Yes, the Tudor is 80% of a Rolex, but to get to that last 20% you'd have to more than double the cost of the Tudor.
