There's one info hazard I'm pretty sure is real.
I believe there's an individual or small organization that has time travel technology. This time traveler makes subtle alterations to the past to serve some long term agenda. The "Hegelian Dialectic" is essentially all his own design.
The problem is he can erase anyone from history that potentially endangers or tries to expose him. All he has to do is travel back in time, interrupt your grandad with a quick conversation on his way home from work one day, and suddenly your dad is never conceived, so you never exist.
You can probably find out who it is, but if you ever write down the person's name or publish it online for posterity, doing so could result in your immediate annihilation from the timeline. You will cease to have ever existed. The only safe way to conduct this investigation is to never write anything down or say a name aloud.
