He had them pretty often in Seasons 1 and 2, because the animation staff didn't ink in his whole eyebrows, just the outlines. I'm pretty sure this wasn't intentional, because none of the stock renderings or merchandise ever had it and it went away when they switched from Cel to digital. Anyone who intentionally replicates that is intentionally trying to project the idea they're a real fan who thinks the first two seasons are so much better. Which is true, but Season 3 was also pretty good, and even in season 2, Patrick usually didn't have the flesh tone eyebrows.

Big Bill Hell's was a skit, it wasn't even a real advertisement. That said, I do wish Billy Mays had actually set the standard for advertising going forward. I'd still also take these ads over what they're doing now. I'd rather have ads with a real guy telling me the specifics of his brand of insurance instead of a million awkward ads with athletes and celebrities and typecast character actors and gimmicks that get annoying to watch after the third time you see them.
I'd rather have ads with an actual woman telling me what's on sale this month at Walmart instead of a kitschy aspirational piece of bullshit with a licensed song over it with a five second voice over cramming the actual relevant information at the end.
