The show (and I assume Christie) goes after fascists sometimes. The one episode about the love triangle in Rhodes made the pro-el Duche Italian character such an overwhelming stereotype you could easily argue it's racist against Italians

Yeah, now that you mention it, I remember some episodes about well-intentioned commies and a poirot siding with a cheating wife, telling the husband that he should just accept being cucked because she loves him so much. There's also the killer couple and poirot's reaction to them. Despite them being equally culpable, he treats the girl as his friend and the guy with nothing but contempt. On the other hand, several episodes mention ussr abuses against christians. It's not completely one-sided and only happens towards the end.
