Get a blood test to see if you need them. The symptoms for too much vitamin D and B12 are similar to too little - hair loss and anemia. Also too much iron is bad for you too.

wouldn't i need to get a blood test for each individual thing? like one for iron levels, one for b12 levels etc ?

They can run dozens of tests with one vial of blood. Some tests are more expensive than others and may not be fully covered by insurance but your doctor should know. Forgot to mention: too high iron can cause psoriasis.

you will only really need vitamin D and maybe omega-3

Vitamin D if you arent outside enough, which probably accounts for 80%+ of people in the northern hemisphere

And Omega-3 if you eat too much goyslop, which too accounts for 80%+ of people, a lot of fish isnt really healthy either due to heavy-metall pollution

the rest should be easily aquirable with some proper diet

If you want more b12 and iron, eat more red meat and liver. You just piss supplements out.
