you can prove evolution with a basic thought experiment. which owl is more likely to survive in a snowy environment with predators: a black owl, or a white owl? the white owl, which means it's also more likely to have the chance to spread its genes. imagine this kind of thing happening over millions and millions of years and you can see how things would drastically change over time

Spore makes me depressed because I followed it from day 0, watching their grainy low-res recording of a projector in a conference room. Whatever alpha they demonstrated had underwater cities/animals and a brain as a separate body part.
