Not a lighting expert, but if I were to guess it could be a bounced flashed, or just a standard flash through some kind of diffuser.
Other Anons may have a more accurate answer

Look at the catch lights in the eyes for hints on lighting. Zoom in and it looks like a standard octo softbox above and to the right.

you just need 2 strobes and 80cm-1 meter diameter white bounce umbrellas.
Its almost every time ever 1 big main light and then either a fill light or some form of reflector to lighten the shadows.
To buy:
2*400watt or higher strobes
2*80-100cm white reflective umbrellas
1*radio triggers to trigger the strobes.
2*extension cords to get power to strobes so you have room to move them around
2*adjustable light stands.
Budged $1k if you dont go crazy.
You would also want a rollercase with wheels and a bag for your light stands.

Then you have to hire the space which is generally sold in 4 hour blocks around $200ish to get a studio.

Finally, go to pinterest and search studio light setups. There are thousands of images of studio strobe setups and what they produce.

Look at her nose shadow, as there is almost no shadow to the side of her nose strobe is almost front on.

Camera at chest to neck height where it generally is for portraits.
And then make sure to use 70-200 zoom.

The background is prob quite far behind her but the zoom hides that. That way the light drops off to grey by the time it hits that distant wall.

Nobody is going to walk in at get that straight away, you will have to do quite a few sessions to know exactly how far to put model from bg, exactly how far to put strobes from model, exactly how far to stand back and how far to zoom in, exact camera framings, exact camera height, getting the right poses and emotes, getting the variation between shots,

You will also get fucked over by the strobes been able to be dialed anywhere from 0-10 on a power scale(this makes it vastly more confusing to get consistant good setups), things like if you point a key and fill strobe at the model, your exposure adds them together in weird ways(will matter if you ever get to the point of caring about the exposure of the background and are trying to set the exact exposure on your model to get the exact bg exposure you want.
enjoy.

and do not fall for the editing meme, anything that takes longer than 10 minutes is a non starter.
You want a quick preset, really quick freq sep once over for 5 mins, quite dodge and burn on the eyes and hair.
Long gone are the days of hour retouches on a portrait, you need to be able to produce finished product in 2-3 days or model/agency will be pissed.
