Guys how the fuck do I deal with foggy glasses in winter? Am I just destined to have to deal with a freezing cold nose and avoid any cover that goes over it? I've tried so many balaclava that claim to vent through a mouth mesh and it never works

tried, apparently i'm allergic to the material they use in most of them and my eye doctor told me just to stop trying for cost and safety reasons since I fucked up my eyes a few times due to it.

This problem has been solved a thousand times.
There are mouth free balaclavas that have an extra strip of fabric, often attachable, just across the nose. It's also easy to DIY. I use a wide open thick balaclava with a buff underneath to pull up when it gets windier, and the nose strip when it gets really cold.
What I use most is a standing fur collar hood on a jacket. With that you can even ride scooters at -30 face free because the fur creates a barrier of standing air in front of your face.
There are also sport glasses with different water resistant coatings.

Bigged furred hoods work really well for this. The other option is a face covering that directs your exhalations downward. You should also look into using just straight up RainX on the exterior of the lens and something like Op Drops for the interior. They can't prevent fogging entirely but every little bit helps.

If you smear shaving cream on mirror in your bathroom, it won't fog after you take a shower or a bath.
If you smear it on your glasses, your glasses won't fog for the rest of the day.
If you rub it good and thin, there will be no visual distortion from it.

Just wear it over your mouth and make a separate piece that goes over your nose and leaves a large gap to breathe.
