Left, endure.
Right, get bitten a few times each year, and you get temporal immunity.

NOOOO DUDE NO
FFS
It all boils down to
DONT GET BIT
MINIMIZE BITES
Both carry diseases that instantly transfer upon being bit, while ticks may have to stay upon you for 2 days to get the diseases you really don't want

Do you just look at the bottle and decide, TL:DR and fit the whole thing up your arsehole?
Don't like DEET, use Icaridin instead. There are quite a few ways of getting a final solution the bugs that WILL fuck your shit up with diseases that make 30% DEET look like a sniffle.

Introduce thousands of animals such as sheep and cattle etc.
European chads like in the UK, Swiss etc I assumed figured this out long ago. This clears the forests of nuisances and trims the landscape neatly allowing wind and sunshine the thrive which those demons hate. Thank me later faggot

Stop shaving. Mosquitoes cant get through dense hair.

Ticks aren't an issue as long as you keep moving and put down a pad / blanket when resting in the grass. I'm living in what's supposedly the most tick-infested area of Europe, go out every weekend (and often on weekday evenings as well) and in the last 10 years, the only time I've seen ticks was when a half-dead hedgehog collapsed in my garden and had a few of them stuck to his nose.

The DNR brutally removes sheep because they are supposed “invasive” (lets just conveniently ignore the literal thousands of other invasives, humans included). Well you know whats interesting??? is all the nicest places I’ve been around here all had sheep. The places they fenced off without sheep? Absolute shithole you wouldn’t step foot in (you literally cant, as the weeds are ten ft tall). This is what essentially what happens when they put “educated” lefty suburbanites in management of public lands. They are not /out/ people, just dikes with degrees and boomers with there head shoved up there own ass, and theres nothing you can do about it.

Just be mindful of where and when they appear.

Skeeters are most active at dusk/night and near water. Seek shelter or a smokey fire by dusk and avoid watery areas if possible
Ticks hang out in tall grass. Avoid walking through grass if it can be helped, and check pant legs when it can’t be avoided. Check your self head to toe every night and you’ll be fine

I didn’t get bitten by a single tick last year, I think all the yellow jackets killed them off. I didn’t get stung by a yellow jacket until November either. Great year considering I was getting raped by ticks and wasps in 22 and 23.

As far as mosquitos go, just ignore their bites and they won’t itch. I barely react to mosquito bites nowadays. I built up antibodies or some shit because used to get massive welts and now I barely feel a tingle.
