I've been thinking about this Stargate thing. A half-trillion dollars is a lot of money. Everyone keeps saying things like "a sister-raping thief who murdered an ex-employee shouldn't be in charge of the entire universe," etc., but getting to superintelligence before China does is non-negotiable.

I nominate Elon Musk. Super clever, proven genius and he gets along really well with Trump. You literally cannot give me a better name.

This is incredible, to think that just a few months ago under the Biden regime technology was stagnating so much.

I don’t think the common man realizes how good or bad things can be is literally based on the current crop of billionaires. Soros is a terrible guy, but Elon is much smarter, literally the richest man in the world, and cares for humanity.
Sam is not a good person by the way.

not really. what makes you think of that? it's just a fucking number on balance sheet of federal reserve, nothing else.

You’re literally subtarded. This is not a government expenditure. It’s financed by softbank but they do not have the cash reserves. I can tell you they only have $10 billion, but I cannot tell you why I know.

This is going to be amazon kickbacks on an even larger scale. red state govenors are going to be rimming musk, trump & altman to pick their gigantic tax breaks and bribes in order to host the few hundred thousand jobs this will create (temporarily, once it's online it will kill millions of jobs and the rest will be done by Musks imported pajeets).
>but daddy trump won't leave me behind?
Yeah, he's got loads of fruit picking jobs left by the illegals he's kicking out for you. enjoy your $7.25 an hour (minus labour hire company fees, minus your newly introduced tax rises because the billionaires want your "skin in the game").

Your head is troubled with so many misconceptions, sci-fi presented as fact and delusions about China's capabilities it's not even worth addressing your concerns. Stop getting skullfucked by literally every disinfo agency in the world over at /pol/, you're going to induce yourself into a coma.

The fake Japanese Korean is most famous for losing billions of dollars instead of earning billions of dollars in his entire business career. Now, everybody makes fun of the Softbank Korean for losing the chance to buy Nvidia when it was cheap

Look what happened to Vivek. All it takes is to put someone in the hot seat and make them react on the fly to unpredictable stuff to ruin things for them forever. Granted Sam isn’t a politician but even your average political turbonormie knows about him now, and he’s about to undergo more scrutiny than he ever has. And the dead whistleblower and whore sister accusation thing doesn’t help

What insight is there to provide. They obviously think they can but a fuck ton of compute to good use. Whether they can requires insight into company secrets.

If you make successful investments, nobody ever knows who you are, you just end up with a bit of money in your pocket but nothing else to show for it.
If you make failed investments, you literally become Nippon Jesus and (((they))) will give you all the money and power you could want.

What insight indeed? This is just a steal from techjews like Ellison and Altman, those 500 billion don't exist. It's all smoke and mirrors and I'm still wondering why Trump is attached to this grift. Microsoft's jeet in chief came on camera during an interview and said they are investing 80 billion into Azure to run models, not just OpenAI.
