It's very easy. Chrome user agent reports that you use Android and even what version and so does Firefox. The reduced user agent is only in webview and even then shows Android. If the user uses a custom user agent you can just check the screen size, if it's obfuscated you check the viewport size. Check if Widevine is supported. It's not bundled by default in Chromium or any of its forks, so its users are Chrome users or people who manually installed the plugin the vast majority being the first group.
