"prep" allowed : for the half windsor for example, i need to untie two loops, then if i insert my finger into the tie and pull it slides out, if you can find a way for me to only unlock one loop, that's improving the number of prep steps needed
no-prep knots : if you can share a no prep knot that will allow me to do this, that would be very cool
