bro are you insane. what are you using ciabatta for? i use seasoned ciabatta even toasted and put like sundried tomato,chipolte garlic mayo spread, basil pesto turkey and some lettuce and tomato. i sometimes add bacon or alter other things too but thats the basic one. its so good and i enjoy the bread even more than sourdough or rye in that sandwich.
