In all honesty they will either give you a smart answer, or ask, "Where are you from?", because they have a cousin who lives two towns over.

NJ is actually a very friendly place because of it being one of the first progressive states with freedom of religion. This state is also highly segregated by zip code, and people act accordingly.

Pro tip for people who don't live on the east coast - stop buying shit California tomatoes if you're attempting Italian food. They taste like metal. Especially the canned ones. Also, if it's branded "great value", or your local store brand for tomatoes, just don't.
