You gotta have variety. Today for me was an artisan parmesan and cracked pepper bagel with churned butter and delightful cream cheese. Yesterday I whipped up a whimsical breakfast sandwich with farm fresh egg, american cheese, and thick cut smoked bacon on yet again an artisan bagel. Saturday = chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes with organic maple syrup and fresh squeezed orang juice. Most breakfasts are accompanied with some excellent free trade Colombian coffee with artisan creamer and cane sugar.

I eat the same thing almost every day.
>breakfast: 75g sauerkraut, 100g banana, 4 large raw eggs, 150g mixed berries, 30g protein powder
>lunch: 90g (dry weight) white rice, 200g fish (cod/salmon/deenz), 14g butter, 30g protein powder
>snack: 30g cashews, 100g carrot or celery, 150g apple or orange
dinner: 450g potato, 225g beef
Comes out to about 2200 calories and 160 protein. If I need extra calories due to exercise I increase the amount of butter I use and have some extra nuts

I see that he's a Weight Watchers Ambassador, but he should have been doing proper exercises to actually get healthy and strengthen, not just eating less to weight.
